The Foundation
Adella's Food Company is named in honor of Ashley's late great-grandmother, Odella. The illustrated portrait woven into the Adella's Food Company logo is not simply a mascot — it represents Odella herself, and the generations of family history behind this business.
Her spirit of Southern hospitality, homemade food, and love for the table is the foundation everything here is built on.
The Continuation
Ashley Dukes is a chef, entrepreneur, and published author — the current generation carrying the Adella's Food Company legacy forward. Through bakery, catering, and dinner-plate sales, she brings Southern culinary heritage into a modern food brand.
Ashley is also the author of three cookbooks: Country Fried Carolina Pride, Love and Cookies, and Cupcake Nation — each one an extension of the same table Odella first set.
